Terms and Conditions

Thank you for visiting and shopping at EssentialRef. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy and Payment terms

Payment Terms
We prefer Credit Card Payment as we receive your payment immedietly and are able to send your order out within 24 hours. Simply select the Credit Card
Payment option and and follow the instructions to pay with your credit card.

Should you choose EFT (direct bank transfer) please process your payment within 3 days. Note that until we receive payment, we cannot hold stock against your order. There is a risk of the item selling out before you process your payment.

If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We also accept payment via AfterPay

Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or Public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there are any delays we will contact you via email and let you know. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Our Shipping costs are as follows..

Australia
We use Australia Post for all postage.
Standard Post, 5 – 7 working days – $9.50
Express Post, 2-3 working days – $16.95 (all orders)
Bulk Orders – $POA

New Zealand
Flat Rate – $22.95 (all orders up to 0.500kg)
*most items will fall well under this weight. if you would like to place a bulk order, please contact us first so we can work out your shipping cost.

NOTE – EssentialRef will not be held responsible for Lost or Stolen packages .

We will keep you informed from when we receive your order to the time it is despatched. Please then allow 7 – 10 working days for Australia post to deliver your Item/s. If you do not receive your order within this time frame, get in touch with us and we will follow it up for you.

EssentialRef reservesthe right to choose what is deemed “Flat Rate Shipping”.

In an effort to reduce waste, EssentialRef reuses packaging.

Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for postage, this especially relates to orders that have gone on back order but the customer as requested “Express Postage”. Orders will be sent out as per the requested postage method as and when back order items arrive.

Standard Warranty
All items (with the exception of Spintso Products) come with a 12 month warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Standard warranty claims to EssentialRef must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than within 1 year (12 months from the date of purchase (Standard Warranty Period). EssentialRef reserves the right to rectify the defect in the first instance, in the second instance re-delivery of the goods and ultimately repurchase. In the event of a complaint, contact customer service sales@essentialref.com.au

Spintso Warranty
Spintso Products come with a 2 Year Warranty. If an item deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and EssentialRef or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the item that we have provided, the item can be returned. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Email sales@essentialref.com.au in the first instance to advise of the issue.

Complaints to EssentialRef must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than within 2 years from the date of purchase (Spintso Warranty Period). EssentialRef reserves the right to rectify the defect in the first instance, in the second instance re-delivery of the goods and ultimately repurchase. In the event of a complaint, contact customer service sales@essentialref.com.au

Complaints only apply upon presentation of the original receipt (order confirmation) that EssentialRef has issued to the buyer with information about the date of purchase and the product’s serial number.

If EssentialRef repairs or replaces the product, the repaired or new product is covered by the original warranty for the remaining warranty period.

Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint, the right of complaint does not include defects caused by normal wear and tear;

  • Caused by improper use or handling, including, without limitation, use of the product other than that for which it is intended, or use that   deviates from Spintso’s instructions for use and maintenance.
  • Which have arisen through repairs carried out by non-Spintso authorized service workshops or persons.
  • Caused by non-original Spintso accessories.
  • Which occurs due to an accident, modification or other change or Force majeure.
